The Summit Room - $165.00

The Summit consists of the entire third floor, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and a sitting area. This is great for families or parties that are traveling together. We also suggest this room for those who would like a lot of space and a bit more privacy. The master Bedroom on this floor has a vaulted wood ceiling and a bold King sized bed. The hallway has a small sitting area next to a window that looks out to the side yard. The second room is furnished to accomodate both those who need it as a bedroom and those who would use it as a private sitting room. It contains a daybed with trundle which can be set up as two twin beds or as one king bed or as a couch.
Note: In the event that all other rooms are reserved and a single room is needed, we will rent 1 of the bedrooms & the bath of the Summit at a rate of $105/night. During a rental like this, the second bedroom will not be rented.
