Deposit / Reservation
A deposit equal to one nights stay is required to confirm a reservation. This deposit is subject to our cancellation policy. This fee can be charged to you Master Card / Visa / American Express.

Cancellation
In order for a deposit to be refunded, we require at least one weeks advance notice of cancellations. If cancellation occurs within the week, deposits will only be refunded if the room is re-booked.

Check In/Out
Check-in is from 4:00 - 9:00pm.
Check out is by 11:00 am.
If other check-in times are needed please let us know, we can usually accommodate an early or late check-in if we know in advance.
If you know a more precise time when you will be arriving please let us know. This greatly helps us in planning and preparation for your visit.

Smoking
There is no smoking in the Scarsdale Cottage Inn. Smoking is, however, permitted on the porch and outside grounds of the house.

Pets
Sorry, due to concern for the other guests, we can not allow pets.

Children
Well behaved children over the age of 12 are welcome at the Inn. We recommend that guest traveling with children reserve the Summit Floor which can best accommodate them. If guest are traveling with several children, special restrictions may apply. Please call so that we can discuss the specific needs of your party.

Quiet time
Quiet time is from 10:00P.M. to 7:00 A.M. During this time we respectfully ask that you be considerate of others.

Swimming Pool
The Swimming pool is open for the guest of the Scarsdale Cottage Inn to use during their stay.
SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK!
Children Under 14 years of age must be accompanied by and adult AT ALL TIMES
All posted rules must be followed.

Alcohol
Responsible use of alcohol is permitted as long as reasonable behavior is maintained.
