Welcome to Emerald Internet Marketing and Design! Since I was first introduced to the Internet in 1995 I have found it to be not only fascinating but a wonderful source for information and service. Like most American's today, I have a very busy life-style and I need things to be convenient. One of the advantages to the Internet is that it never closes. If I log- on at 10:00 in the evening I can still place and order at my favorite virtual storefront. Items that are not readily available in my area are conveniently located on the web and can be ordered and shipped to my home often with-in a few working days. These are often items that I would have to travel to purchase or do without. Another advantage of the internet is that I can keep all of my local web sites book marked and I can check back to them with the click of a mouse. I can quickly see what's new, what their business hours are, what their phone number is or how to get to their store. For business, the Internet is a great, low cost way to advertise and reach literally thousands of perspective customers. So when you ask the question: Do I need a web site? ... The answer is most definitely yes!
